The Chef

Classic & modern, in harmony

Chef Benoît Thouvenin and his team compose a sincere, authentic cuisine in which regional produce takes the leading role: creative combinations, between classic foundations and contemporary touches.

Special requests and different dietary habits are welcome. In the dining room, Catherine Pierrat and Elise Thouvenin look after your meal: “our personal ambition is to make your time with us as pleasant as possible”.

— Benoît Thouvenin, Head Chef
