Privacy policy
This policy describes the processing of personal data carried out on the chateaudesmonthairons.fr website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected through the forms
The site’s forms (contact, table booking, quote request for an event) collect the information needed to handle your request: name, email address, phone number, preferred dates and times, number of guests and rooms, type of event and your message. This data is sent by email to the château team, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. It is never passed on to third parties or used for marketing purposes without your agreement.
It is kept for no longer than three years after our last exchange, then deleted. Data relating to a booking or an invoice is kept for the statutory period applicable to accounting records.
To protect the forms against automated submissions, an encrypted fingerprint of the sender’s IP address is kept on our server for one hour and then deleted.
Online booking
Room bookings are made on the platform of our partner Elloha, which processes the data required for booking and payment in accordance with its own privacy policy, available on its pages.
Audience measurement — Google Analytics
With your consent, this site may use Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience and improve its content (pages visited, source, length of visit). The service is configured without sharing with Google’s advertising services and without ad personalisation. Google LLC, whose servers may be located in the United States, is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
No analytics script is loaded until you have accepted. Declining is as simple as accepting, with no effect on your browsing, and you can change your mind at any time by clicking Manage cookies at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for six months.

The consentement, langue and popup_vue cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function and do not require consent.
Hosting and processors
The site is hosted by OVH SAS (Roubaix, France). Our processors are OVH for hosting, Elloha for online booking and Google for audience measurement, under the conditions described above.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to accueil@chateaudesmonthairons.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, if you believe your rights have not been respected.
